摘要
雷家地区普遍存在泥质白云岩和白云质泥岩夹硬脆性页岩,其微裂隙发育,易吸水膨胀、分散,易坍塌,且井段较长,在1300 m以上,施工难度极大。针对雷家地区储层特性及损害机理,研发了一套具有强抑制效果的高性能防塌钻井液,即优选有机胺作为抑制剂,与聚合物包被剂实施多点“锚定”吸附,防止伊利石蹦脆掉块。结果表明,该钻井液具有良好的流变性、储层保护能力和携岩性能,其滚动回收率(130℃,16 h)达到了94.3%,能够有效减少钻井过程中由井壁坍塌、钻屑黏滞造成的卡钻现象。
Argillaceous dolomite and dolomitic mudstone intercalated with hard brittle shale are common in Leijia area, which have developed micro-fissures, easy to absorb water, expand, disperse and collapse, and have a long well section at 1 300 m. For reservoir characteristics and damage mechanism in Leijia area, a set of high-performance anti-collapse drilling fluids with strong inhibition effect was developed. And organic amines were selected as inhibitors to implement multi-point anchoring with polymer coating agent. The result shows that the drilling fluid has good rheological property, reservoir protection ability and rock carrying property, and its rolling recovery(130 ℃, 16 h) reaches 94.3%, which can effectively reduce drilling stuck caused by wall collapse and drilling chips sticking during drilling.
