钻井液用沥青类处理剂防塌性能评价方法探讨 被引量:19

摘要 沥青类处理剂在山前钻井中的防塌作用越来越重要,应用越来越广泛,但由于其基质沥青成分的复杂性及由于各种改性手段的应用,使沥青类处理剂的室内评价指标与现场应用效果越来越难以统一。通过分析钻井液用沥青类处理剂常用评价方法及其主要防塌机理,重点探讨影响沥青粘结性及变形充填能力的因素,有针对性地提出了采用沥青封堵性能、粘附性、软化范围及滤饼质量作为主要的防塌评价指标,改进沥青防塌性能评价方法及剔除次要评价指标,也指出了相关的一些评价手段、实验方法及进一步实验的方案与思路,对现场沥青类处理剂的正确使用,减少井壁坍塌具有重要指导意义。 It is proved that the anti-collapse function of the treating chemical in fluid kerite in piedmont drilling is more and more obvious, and the application is more and more widely. But as for its complexity of matrix asphalt component and the application of all kinds of modified measures, it is proved that the house evaluation index is difficulty to unite the field application effect. So this paper proposes that the sealing characteristics、adhesive characteristics、softening range and filter cake quality can be main anti-collapse index, by analyzing the past asphalt evaluation method , discussing the mechanism of anti-collapse function from production technology, and based on the potential damage of all kinds of elements caused hole instability on field drilling. This paper also discuss the part elements of the index which can affect the evaluation and discuss the relevant experiment, and proposes some suggestions and the relevant evaluation measures、experiment method and the further project and clue.
