中职学生学力回弹现象及影响机制:基于扎根理论的研究 被引量:5

Rebound of Learning Ability and Influence Mechanism for Vocational Students:a Study Based on the Grounded Theory

摘要 高质量的中职教育对大力推进职业教育发展、优化我国人力资本有着至关重要的作用,但中职教育中学生常被视作学力低下,教学改革亦困难重重。本文使用扎根理论研究方法,以深度访谈形式考察了21名中职学生的学力发展,发现尽管在初中后期学生学力出现了快速下滑,但这些学生毕业进入中职后学力发展趋势逆转,出现了学力回弹现象。之所以出现这一回弹,是因为学生在初中阶段遭受破坏的自我觉知不断修复,最终形成高水平的自我觉知,实现了学力回弹。在此过程中,个人特质、生涯预期、学校环境与家庭养育之间积极互动,推动了自我觉知的修复。 High-quality secondary vocational education plays a vital role in promoting vocational education and optimizing the country’s human resource capital.After investigating the academic development of 21 secondary vocational students using grounded theory research methods,we found that despite the rapid decline of students’ academic abilities in the later stage of middle school,the trend of their academic attainments reversed after graduation and entering secondary vocational schools,and the phenomenon of academic attainments resilience appeared.This rebound occurred because the students’ self-awareness that was destroyed during junior high school was constantly repaired,and eventually,a high level of self-awareness was formed,and the academic rebound was realized.In this process,a complex interaction mechanism has been formed among personalities,career expectations,and school and family environment,promoting self-awareness.For vocational schools that hope to improve the academic development of secondary vocational students,this study will be a reference.
