摘要
结合苏州大学附属第一医院总院消毒供应中心实例,从运输工具、人力成本等方面分析了消毒供应中心采用人工运输存在的问题;从AGV自动装载、卸载及运输管理模式的构建、路线规划、指令系统构建等方面介绍了AGV的应用方案;从工作人员的耗时及体力消耗、满意度等方面总结了AGV的应用效果。
Combined with the example of the central sterile supply department in the General Hospital of the First Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University,it analyzes the problems existing in the use of manual transportation in the central sterile supply department from the aspects of means of transportation,transportation,unloading,labor costs,etc.;introduces the AGV application plan from the AGV automatic loading,unloading and the establishment of transportation management mode,selection of AGV,route planning,and instruction system construction,etc.;and summarizes the application effect of AGV from the time-consuming and physical consumption of staff,satisfaction.
