摘要
目的:探讨消毒供应中心工作人员心理压力来源与工作满意度的关系。方法:对宜昌市中医医院、宜昌市妇幼保健院、宜昌市中心人民医院、三峡大学附属仁和医院消毒供应中心70名工作人员进行调查,分别行压力源量表与工作满意度量表评价,分析二者关系。结果:70名工作人员工作压力源各维度得分情况:工作时间(13.06±2.23)分、职业观念(12.25±2.05)分,人际关系(12.07±2.13)分,工作环境(10.87±1.96)分,专业及工作方面(9.17±1.74)分,总均分(11.48±1.92)分。逐步回归分析显示,工作目的与工作人员职业观念、工作环境、人际关系、专业及工作方面等压力源维度呈正相关(P<0.05),文化水平与工作时间压力维度呈负相关(P<0.05),编制压力维度与人际关系呈负相关(P<0.05)。工作人员工作满意度评分情况:内在满意度评分为(1.95±0.49)分,外在满意度评分为(1.67±0.29)分,一般满意度得分为(2.96±0.68)分,总均分为(2.19±0.46)分。Pearson相关分析显示,压力源事件与消毒供应中心工作人员工作满意度评分呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论:消毒供应中心工作人员心理压力来源与工作满意度密切相关,医院管理者应积极采取有效措施缓解工作人员心理压力,以提高其工作满意度。
Objective:To explore the relationship between the source of stress and job satisfaction of staff in disinfection supply center.Methods:A total of 70 staffs from Disinfection Supply Center of Yichang Maternal and Child Health Hospital,Yichang Central People’s Hospital and Renhe Hospital Affiliated to Three Gorges University were investigated.Their source of stress and job satisfaction were evaluated and the relationship between them was analyzed.Results:Scores of sources of work stress in 70 staffs included working time(13.06±2.23)points,occupational concept(12.25±2.05)points,interpersonal relationship(12.07±2.13)points,working environment(10.87±1.96)points,professional and working aspects(9.17±1.74)points and the total average score(11.48±1.92)points.Stepwise regression analysis showed that the purpose of the work was positively correlated with the occupational concept,working environment,interpersonal relationship and professional and working aspects(P<0.05).The education level was negatively correlated with the stress from working time(P<0.05),and stress from establishment was negatively correlated with interpersonal relationship(P<0.05).Scores of job satisfaction included internal satisfaction(1.95±0.49)points,external satisfaction(1.67±0.29)points,general satisfaction(2.96±0.68)points and total score(2.19±0.46)points.Pearson correlation analysis showed that the stress source event was negatively correlated with the job satisfaction score of staff in the disinfection supply center(P<0.05).Conclusion:The source of stress of staff in the disinfection supply center is closely related to job satisfaction.Hospital administrators should actively take effective measures to alleviate the pressure of staff to improve their job satisfaction.
