摘要 目的分析心理弹性、压力认知与应对对中小学生心理健康的影响,检验压力认知与应对在心理弹性与心理健康之间的中介作用。方法采用问卷法调查了236名中小学生的心理弹性、压力认知、积极应对和心理健康。结果心理弹性对中小学生心理健康有直接影响(β=0.39,P<0.01),并通过积极应对和压力认识间接影响心理健康(β=0.23~0.84,P<0.05),积极应对和压力认知的中介效应占总效应比例为41.7%。结论心理弹性的提升可以帮助中小学生更好地认识压力、应对压力,保障自身的心理健康水平。 Objective To analyze the relationship between resilience, stress cognitive appraisal, Coping and mental health of teenage students. The mediating effect of stress cognitive appraisal and coping between resilience and mental health was tested using method of structure equation model. Methods A total of 236 teenage students were inquired using questionnaire methods. Partici- pants completed the resilience scale, the stress cognitive appraisal scale, coping scale and mental health scale. Results The results showed direct effect of resilience on mental health(fi=0.39,P〈0.01)and part mediation effects of stress cognitive appraisal and coping for the relationship between resilience and mental health (fi= 0. 23 - 0. 84,P〈0. 05). The indirect effect accounted for 41.7% of total effect. Conclusion Teenage students can effectively appraise stress and cope with stress by increasing resilience, which ensures their mental health.
