摘要
目的采用云追溯系统分析工作区域环节出现的质量问题,加强各区域的质量管理,保障CSSD无菌物品的供应质量。方法依据信息追溯系统对处理器械回收、清洗、包装、灭菌、发放全过程收集完整的可追溯的信息。结果通过全过程的追溯信息,查找质量问题的当事人,分析原因及整改。结论完善的CSSD追溯信息系统可以促进工作区域数据的采集,给CSSD各类质量问题提供数据进行分析,从而使CSSD质量持续改进,确保无菌物品的供应。
Objective using the Cloud Traceability System to analyze the quality problems in the work area,it can help strengthen the quality management of each region,and ensure the supply quality of CSSD aseptic products. Methods With the help of the Cloud Traceability System,we can get the complete traceability information from the whole process of machine tool recovery,cleaning,packaging,sterilization and distribution. Results Using the Cloud Traceability System,it can help us to find the quality problems of the parties,analysis of the causes and rectification. Conclusion The perfect CSSD traceability information system can promote data collection in the work area,and provide data analysis for CSSD quality problems,so as to improve the quality of CSSD continuously.
