摘要
当今世界正处于百年未有之大变局,局部冲突接连不断,各种挑战接踵而至。但这并没有改变世界的主流趋势,和平与发展仍然是时代主题。与第一个发展战略机遇期相比,我国所处的新的发展战略机遇期,外部环境发生了许多重大变化,我国经济社会发展在诸多方面面临难得机遇和严峻挑战。在开启全面建设社会主义现代化国家的新征程中,为实现第二个百年奋斗目标,必须将努力维护、积极创造和充分利用发展战略机遇期上升为国家战略,积极维护世界和平与发展的大趋势,从世界体系、全球化发展和国家关系等多个层面,积极创造良好的发展环境,坚持“五位一体”,全面协调高质量地推进社会主义现代化建设。
The world today is undergoing profound changes unseen in a century,with a succession of local conflicts and various challenges.But this has not changed the mainstream trend of the world,and peace and development are still the theme of the times.Compared with the first strategic opportunity period for development,China is in a new strategic opportunity period for development,the external environment has undergone many significant changes,China’s economic and social development is faced with rare opportunities and severe challenges in many aspects.As we embark on a new journey to build a modern socialist country,and in order to achieve the second 100-year goal,we must make efforts to maintain,create and fully utilize the strategic opportunity period for development as a national strategy,actively safeguard the general trend of world peace and development,actively create a favorable environment for development at various levels,including the world system,globalization and national relations,and adhere to the "five-in-one" approach to promote socialist modernization in a comprehensive,coordinated and high-quality manner.
