摘要
世界进入智媒时代以来,即时通信革命和社交平台革命对国际政治格局、国际传播格局和人们的日常生活产生了颠覆性的影响,应用型社交媒体技术对于国际传媒市场、国际传播话语和生活方式、思维习惯的变革具有极为深远的意义。百年未有之大变局催生了国际传播秩序变革的新契机,随着中国经济的复苏与重大智能技术科研攻关项目的突破,传统的传媒新业态也面临着转型与迭代。在这一进程中,中国应当把握历史性机遇,引领百年未有之大变局的“再全球化”浪潮,以技术变革催化话语变革,进而推动国际传播格局的重塑,重建公平民主、自由包容、开放多元的国际传播新格局,以人类命运共同体的构建为机遇期,倡导建立世界传播共同体,为管控分歧、消弭偏见提供新的可能性与机制保障。
Since the world entered the era of intelligent media,the revolution of instant messaging and social platform has had a subversive impact on the international political pattern,international communication pattern and people's daily life.The applied social media technology has far-reaching significance for the changes in the international media market,international communication discourse,lifestyle and thinking habits.The great change in the past century has given birth to a new opportunity for the change of international communication order.With the economic recovery of China and the breakthrough of major intelligent technology research projects,the traditional new media format is also facing transformation and iteration.In this process,China should seize the historic opportunity,lead the wave of"re-globalization",catalyze the discourse change with technological change,so as to further promote the reshaping of the international communication pattern and rebuild a new pattern of fair,democratic,free,inclusive,open and pluralistic international communication.With the construction of a Community of Shared Future for Mankind as a period of opportunity,a world communication community is advocated for establishment to provide new possibilities and mechanism guarantees for controlling differences and eliminating prejudice.
