摘要
目的研究普罗雌烯阴道胶丸治疗绝经后人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染的临床效果。方法选取60例绝经后HPV感染患者,根据随机数字表法将患者分为研究组与对照组,每组30例。对照组患者使用保妇康栓治疗,研究组患者使用普罗雌烯阴道胶丸治疗。比较两组治疗效果、HPV转阴率及治疗前后炎性因子水平变化。结果研究组总有效率为93.33%,明显高于对照组的66.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组HPV转阴率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前,两组肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-邛(IL-1β)及C反应蛋白(CRP)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组TNF-α、IL-1β及CRP水平均低于治疗前,且研究组明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论普罗雌烯阴道胶丸治疗绝经后HPV感染患者效果显著,可提高HPV转阴率,降低炎性因子水平,值得临床推广与应用。
Objective To study the clinical effect of prostradiene vaginal capsule in the treatment of papillomavirus(HPV)infection in postmenopausal patients.Methods 60 postmenopausal patients with HPV infection were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with Baofukang suppository,and patients in the study group were treated with proestrol vaginal capsule.The treatment effect,HPV negative conversion rate and the changes of inflammatory factors before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results he total effective rate of the study group was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than 66.67%of the control group(P<0.05).The negative rate of HPV in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,two groups of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)、Interleukin-1β(IL-1β)And C-reactive protein(CRP),the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);After treatment,TNF in both groups-a、IL-1β And CRP levels were lower than before treatment,and the study group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Proestrol vaginal capsule is effective in the treatment of postmenopausal patients with HPV infection.It can improve the negative rate of HPV and reduce the level of inflammatory factors,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
