摘要
目的观察结合雌激素在绝经后妇女阴道镜下活检的临床疗效。方法分析105例绝经后妇女因细胞学异常需行阴道镜下活检的患者,分为雌激素组与对照组,对照组排除手术禁忌症行阴道镜下活检,雌激素组予结合雌激素软膏外用后行阴道镜下活检。比较两组在检查过程中的疼痛感、活检取组织时出血量、阴道镜检满意率及术后出血时间。结果(1)雌激素组疼痛感觉得分低于对照组(P<0.05)。(2)雌激素组阴道镜满意率80%高于对照组60%(P<0.05)。(3)雌激素组活检术中出血量和术后出血时间低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论绝经后妇女,外用结合雌激素后阴道镜下活检,可以缓解疼痛,改善阴道镜检查的满意度,减少活检术中及术后出血,值得临床上推广。
OBJECTIVE To observe clinic efficacy of conjugated estrogens cream applied in colposcopy biopsy in cases of postmenopausal women.METHODS A total of 105 postmenopausal women who took colposcopy biopsy due to cytological abnormality were retrospectively analyzed and divided into estrogen group and control group.Control group underwent colposcopy biopsy exclusive surgical contraindications,while the estrogen group underwent colposcopy biopsy after conjugated estrogen cream for external medicine.Both groups were compared in pain status,satisfaction rate of colposcopy,bleeding volume during biopsy and postoperative bleeding duration.RESULTS(1)Pain rate of the estrogen group was significant lower than the control group(P<0.05).(2)Satisfaction rate of colposcopy from the estrogen group was 80%,which was obviously higher than the control group(60%)(P<0.05).(3)Bleeding volume during biopsy of the estrogen group was significantly lower than the control group,moreover,its postoperative bleeding duration was shorter than the control group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Colposcopy biopsy after conjugated estrogens cream for external medicine in cases of postmenopausal women could relieve pain,improve satisfaction rate of colposcopy,reduce bleeding volume during and after biopsy,which was worth popularizing.
