摘要 运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法,探究北京冬奥遗产与城市共生发展的现实挑战与实施路径。研究发现,冬奥遗产与城市共生发展在共生单元、共生界面、共生模式、共生环境等方面存在较强的逻辑契合性。北京冬奥遗产与城市共生发展面临的现实挑战:共生单元内容开发不足,共生能量供给受限;政府、社会与市场参与不足,共生界面交互阻塞;实践经验与城市实际制约,共生模式建设不明;疫情加剧遗产与城市共生外部风险,共生环境复杂化。提出共生发展的实施路径:完善共生单元设计,强化共生能量供给;畅通共生界面交互,完善共生机制体系;加强理念渗透与实践,推动互惠共生建设;改善共生环境生态,拓展共生领域边界。 By using the methods of literature review and logical analysis, the paper explored the realistic challenges and implementation paths of the symbiotic development of the Beijing Winter Olympic legacy and the city. It is found that there is a strong logical fi t between the symbiotic development of Winter Olympic legacy and the city in the aspects of symbiotic unit, symbiotic interface, symbiotic mode and symbiotic environment. This paper points out the realistic challenges facing the symbiotic development of Beijing Winter Olympic legacy and the city: The content development of symbiotic units is insuffi cient, and the supply of symbiotic energy is limited. The government, society and market are not involved enough, and the interaction of symbiotic interface is blocked. The practical experience and urban actual conditions constraints, and the construction of symbiotic mode is unclear. The epidemic has exacerbated the external risks of the symbiosis between the legacy and the city, and the symbiotic environment is complicated. This study put forward the implementation path to accelerate the symbiotic development of Beijing Winter Olympic legacy and the city: We should improve the symbiotic unit design and strengthen the symbiotic energy supply, smooth the interaction of symbiotic interface and improve the symbiotic mechanism system, strengthen the concept infiltration and practice to promote mutual benefit and symbiosis, and improve the ecological environment of symbiosis to expand its boundaries.
