摘要 职业院校与企业建立良好长效合作机制是推动我国职业教育高质量发展的重要途径之一,但多年来,职业教育的校企合作一直面临诸多挑战和困境。引用博弈论中分离均衡模型,重点探讨如何走出校企合作困境。研究证实,利益诱导机制的建立能有效增强企业参与校企合作的内生动力,职业院校自身能力的提升有助于增强合作吸引力,信息披露机制的完善及共享平台的搭建是校企合作长效机制的重要保障。 Establishing a good long-term cooperation mechanism between vocational colleges and enterprises is one of the important ways to promote the high-quality development of vocational education in China.Over the years,school-enterprise cooperation in vocational education has been facing many challenges and difficulties.Citing the separation equilibrium model in game theory,this paper focuses on how to get out of the dilemma of school-enterprise cooperation.The research confirms that the establishment of the benefit inducement mechanism can effectively enhance the endogenous motivation of enterprises to participate in school-enterprise cooperation,the self-improvement of vocational colleges in terms of capability can help to enhance the attractiveness of cooperation,and the improvement of the information disclosure mechanism and the construction of the sharing platform are important guarantees for the long-term mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation.
