摘要
文章综合运用文献法、内容分析法和比较分析法,对体育高职院校产教融合实训基地建设状况进行分析,检视现存问题,从注重实训基地顶层设计、优化实训基地专业布局、加强实训师资队伍建设、完善校企合作长效机制、切实推进产教深度融合等方面提出了推进策略,为提升实训基地的运行效益和实训教学质量提供有益借鉴和参考。
This paper comprehensively used the literature method,content analysis method and comparative analysis method to analyze the construction status of industry-education integration training base in higher vocational institutes of sports,examined the existing problems,and put forward promotion strategies from the aspects of paying attention to the top-level design of the training base,optimizing the professional layout of the training base,strengthening the construction of the training faculty,improving the long-term mechanism of institute-enterprise cooperation,and effectively promoting the in-depth integration of industry and education,which provides useful lessons and references for improving the operational efficiency of the training base and the quality of training and teaching.
