油气集输联合站工艺优化节能效果分析 被引量:3

摘要 油气井产出的油气会混有多种杂质,无法直接作为能源使用。这些含有杂质的混合物通过集油管道输送至联合站内的油气处理装置,按照油气处理的相关工艺进行处理,其中联合站发挥着重要的作用。联合站作为对油气的集中、处理及转输等工艺的实施载体,在生产能源的同时,也大量消耗着电能和化石燃料。存在一些亟待解决的问题,例如注水泵系统能耗高且效率低;泵类设备老化造成电能消耗的量居高不下;加热炉热效率低,部分热能未能充分交换给油水混合物等。从联合站油气集输的重点工艺流程入手,通过对联合站采用的密闭式电脉冲脱水工艺、余热回收再利用工艺、油气混输工艺、高效注水工艺等的具体分析,并对能耗情况与旧工艺进行对比,新工艺具有较好的节能降耗效果。 The oil and gas energy produced by oil and gas wells will be mixed with many impurities and cannot be directly used as energy. These mixtures containing impurities are transported to the oil and gas processing equipment in the combined station through the oil gathering pipeline. What’s more, the combined station plays an important role in the relevant processes of oil and gas treatment.As the carrier for the implementation of oil and gas concentration, treatment and transition,the combined station not only produces energy, but also consumes a large amount of electric energy and fossil fuels.Even more to the point,there are some problems to be solved such as high energy consumption and low efficiency of water injection pump system.The aging of pump equipment leads to high power consumption and the heat efficiency of the heating furnace is low,which makes partial heat energy not be fully exchanged to the oil-water mixture.Starting with the key process flow,the energy consumption is analyzed. Most importantly, through the specific analysis of the closed electric pulse dehydration process, waste heat recovery and reuse process, oil and gas mixed transportation process and high-efficiency water injection process and the comparison of the energy consumption with the old process, it is found that the new process has an obvious effect in energy-saving and consumption reduction.
