摘要
针对西区油田高含水期常温集输过程中原油会出现粘壁的情况,对高含水期不同含水率原油进行了石蜡杯实验和室内环道实验研究。通过改变流体流量、温度、含水率等因素,得到了粘壁厚度、粘壁速率与温度之间的变化规律。并对实验数据进行了公式拟合,得到了粘壁温度关系式。通过比较实验值和计算值发现,采用拟合公式计算西区油田粘壁温度所得结果误差小,可以较好的应用于实际生产。
Aiming at the wall sticking phenomenon of crude oil in the process of high water cut and normal temperature gathering and transportation of Xiqu oil field,paraffin cup experiment and laboratory flow loop experiment are conducted to study the crude oil of different water cut in high moisture content period.The change law of wall sticking thickness and rate versus temperature is obtained through changing the flow volume,temperature,water cut,etc.Furthermore,the formula fitting is done and the expression of the wall sticking temperature is obtained.Through comparing the experiment data and the calculation values,it is found that the calculation error is small.The fitting equation can be applied on practical production well.
