摘要 加热炉排烟温度影响热效率,增加了加热炉运行能耗。为了控制排烟温度,降低加热炉耗气量,开展加热炉排烟温度超标原因分析工作,研究加热炉运行参数的合理界限。调查油田热洗清蜡规程,分析第六采油厂集输系统加热炉热洗工艺,研究加热炉温度、流量、负荷之间的关系,确定了加热炉温度、流量、负荷的合理范围,绘制加热炉热负荷控制曲线。针对加热炉排烟温度的实际情况,对现场加热炉进行分类治理,实施后效果显著,排烟温度降低30℃以上,6台加热炉预计年节气29.21×10^(4)m^(3),年节约成本41.19万元。 The temperature of flue gas affects the thermal efficiency and increases the energy consumption.In order to control the exhaust gas temperature and reduce the gas consumption of the heating furnace,the cause analysis of the excessive exhaust gas temperature of the heating furnace is carried out,and the reasonable limits of the operation parameters of the heating furnace are studied.This paper investigates the regulations of oil field hot washing and wax removal,analyzes the hot washing process of the heating furnace in the gathering and transportation system of the sixth oil production plant,studies the relationship among the temperature,flow rate and load of the heating furnace,determines the reasonable range of the temperature,flow and load of the heating furnace,and draws the heat load control curve of the heating furnace.According to the actual situation of the flue gas temperature of the heating furnace,the on-site heating furnace was classified and treated.After the implementation,the effect was remarkable.The exhaust gas temperature was reduced by more than 30℃.It is estimated that the annual solar term of 6 heating furnaces is 29.21×10^(4) m^(3),and the annual cost saving is 419900 yuan.
