梅山铁矿含泥原矿洗矿工艺改造 被引量:2

Reformation of ore washing technology for mud-bearing raw ore in Meishan iron mine

摘要 梅山铁矿进入-330 m以下深部开采,地质品位降低,低品位矿和泥矿增加,露天储矿槽放矿效率低,冲矿现象频繁。分析了泥矿性质,带来的不利影响有漏斗下矿摩擦力大、推矿作业困难、影响球磨供矿、影响岗位设备清洁、影响洗矿和选别、增加药剂消耗。经方案论证设计,采用3061双层直线振动筛提前加水洗矿,洗出的矿浆通过胶泵输送到Φ5 m锥斗浓缩分级,应用后放矿顺利,供矿效率提高,消除了安全风险;提出了优化筛子运行参数,把目前筛面倾角由12°降到8°,增加安全空间,更好地适应现场生产和检修需要。 With the mining depth under-330 m in Meishan Iron Ore Mine, the geological grade decreased, the low-grade ore and slime increased, the ore drawing efficiency of the open storage was low, and the ore flushing phenomenon was frequent.The nature of the slime was analyzed, the adverse effects included a funnel ore mine under high friction, push work difficulty, influence on ball mill feeding, affecting the cleaning of post equipment, washing and separating, and increase the reagent consumption.Through the scheme demonstration design, a 3061 double-layer linear vibrating screen is used to add water washing ore in advance, and the washed pulp is conveyed to Φ5 m taper bucket concentration and classification by rubber pump.After application, ore drawing is smooth, ore supply efficiency is improved, and safety risks are eliminated.The optimized operating parameters are proposed to reduce the current inclination angle of the screen surface from 12° to 8°,increase the safety space, and better meet the needs of field production and maintenance.
