摘要
为了提高尾矿资源利用率,梅山铁矿使用5台600 m^(2)高效节能快速压滤机压滤粒度极细的尾矿,产量78万t/a,针对压滤过程中排出的清水、浊水混合在一起输送,未分离使用的问题,提出了清浊分离输送改造方案。清澈滤液经ϕ24 m浓缩池缓冲沉淀水质提升,沉淀泥采用潜水泵清理再进流程浓缩压滤,清澈滤液回收使用,浑浊滤液仍进平流池沉淀,每年可回收清澈水45.26万m^(3),产生经济效益27.68万元/a,投资收益率28.9%;回收的清水用于球磨机润滑冷却水、渣浆泵水封水、磁选机精矿冲洗水,可有效代替自来水,起到了节水降耗和生态环保示范引领作用。
In order to improve the utilization rate of tailings resources,Meishan Iron Mine uses five 600 m^(2) high-efficiency energy-saving fast filter presses to filter ultra-fine tailings with an output of 780,000 t/a.The clean water and turbid water discharged during the filter press are mixed conveying to⁃gether,in order to solve the problem of unseparated use,a transformation plan for clear and turbid sep⁃aration and conveying is proposed.The clear filtrate is buffered and sedimented by the ϕ24 m thicken⁃ing tank to improve the water quality.The sediment is cleaned by a submersible pump and then concen⁃trated and filtered.The clear filtrate is recycled and used,and the turbid filtrate is still deposited in the advection tank.The annual recovery of clear water is 452,600 m^(3),which produces economic benefits 276,800 RMB/a with an investment rate of return of 28.9%;the recovered clean water is used for the lubrication and cooling water of the ball mill,the sealing water of the slurry pump,and the washing water of the concentrate of the magnetic separator.The application effect shows that it is feasible to re⁃place the tap water and save water demonstration and leading role of energy consumption and eco-envi⁃ronmental protection.
