摘要
目的探讨综合护理对妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)患者血糖水平及妊娠结局的影响。方法选择2019年12月至2020年12月我院收治的GDM患者140例,按入院时间不同将其分为对照组和观察组各70例。对照组应用常规护理,观察组应用综合护理,比较两组患者的血糖水平、妊娠结局和护理满意度。结果护理后,观察组的FPG、2hPG水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组妊娠结局优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度为91.4%,显著高于对照组的72.9%(P<0.05)。结论综合护理可有效控制GDM患者的血糖水平,改善妊娠结局,提高护理满意度,值得临床应用推广。
Objective To explore the impact of comprehensive nursing on blood glucose level and pregnancy outcomes in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods 140 GDM patients admitted to our hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the admission time,with 70 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing.The blood glucose level,pregnancy outcomes and nursing satisfaction degree of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the FPG and 2hPG levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The pregnancy outcome of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group was 91.4%,significantly higher than 72.9%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Comprehensive nursing for GDM patients can effectively control blood glucose level,and improve the pregnancy outcomes and nursing satisfaction degree,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
