保护动机理论联合辨体施护的健康教育模式干预妊娠糖尿病的疗效观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究保护动机理论联合辨体施护的健康模式对妊娠糖尿病(Gestational Diabetes Mellitus,GDM)患者进行干预,提高患者的自护能力和自我效能,降低患者血糖水平。方法:将96例妊娠糖尿病患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各48例,对照组给予保护动机理论健康教育模式,观察组采取保护动机理论联合辨体施护健康教育模式,时间为3个月,比较两组患者自我护理能力、自我效能及血糖水平。结果:经过护理干预后,两组患者的自我护理能力、自我效能及血糖水平均较干预前有改善,组内比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经过3个月的护理干预,观察组患者自我护理能力、自我效能、血糖水平均显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:基于保护动机理论的中医辨体施护可以有效控制患者血糖水平,提高患者自我护理能力和自我效能水平。 Objective:To study the protective motivation theory with the health model of body differentiation for the intervention of patients with gestational diabetes,improve the patients’self-care ability and self-efficacy,reduce the blood glucose level of patients.Methods:96 patients with gestational diabetes were randomly divided into the observation group and control group(48 cases in each).The control group was given the health education mode of protective motivation theory,while the observation group was given the health education mode of protective motivation theory with body differentiation for 3 months.The self-care ability,self-efficacy and blood glucose level in the two groups were compared.Results:After the nursing intervention,the self-nursing ability,self-efficacy and blood glucose level in the two groups were improved compared with those before the intervention,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of nursing intervention,self-care ability,self-efficacy,fasting blood glucose levels were significantly better than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Nursing with TCM constitution differentiation nursing can effectively control patients’blood glucose level and improve self-care ability and self-efficacy.
