摘要
目的探讨在实施妊娠期糖尿病护理期间量化健康教育应用可行性。方法选取2018年1月—2020年12月该院收治的100例妊娠期糖尿病患者进行护理研究;随机分为常规健康教育组(给予常规健康教育干预)和量化健康教育组(给予量化健康教育干预),各50例。比较两组患者自我护理能力评分、血糖水平(空腹血糖水平、餐后2 h血糖水平)、健康教育满意度(知识全面性、教育态度、教育针对性以及专业水平)评分。结果护理前,量化健康教育组自我护理能力评分(75.49±2.49)分同常规健康教育组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,量化健康教育组自我护理能力评分(88.19±6.25)分高于常规健康教育组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,量化健康教育组空腹血糖水平(5.25±0.59)mmol/L、餐后2 h血糖水平(8.49±1.29)mmol/L同常规健康教育组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,量化健康教育组空腹血糖水平(5.02±0.25)mmol/L、餐后2 h血糖水平(6.13±0.69)mmol/L低于常规健康教育组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。量化健康教育组知识全面性(90.29±4.25)分、教育态度(91.17±5.27)分、教育针对性(90.29±4.29)分以及专业水平(91.88±5.18)分均高于常规健康教育组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论量化健康教育方式有效应用后,患者自我护理能力评分、血糖水平、健康教育满意度均获得有效改善,可促进妊娠期糖尿病患者总体预后水平显著提升。
Objective To explore the feasibility of quantitative health education application during the implementation of gestational diabetes care.Methods A total of 100 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were selected for nursing research;they were randomly divided into a routine health education group(given routine health education intervention)and a quantitative health education group(given quantitative health education interventions),50 cases in each group.The scores of self-care ability,blood sugar level(fasting blood sugar level,2 h postprandial blood sugar level level)score,health education satisfaction(knowledge comprehensiveness,educational attitude,educational pertinence and professionalism)were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,the quantitative health education group's self-care ability score(75.49±2.49)points was compared with the routine health education group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after nursing,the quantitative health education group's self-care ability score(88.19±6.25)points were higher than those in the routine health education group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,the fasting blood glucose level in the quantified health education group was(5.25±0.59)mmol/L,and the 2 h postprandial blood glucose level was(8.49±1.29)mmol/L was compared with the routine health education group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),after nursing,the fasting blood glucose level of the quantified health education group(5.02±0.25)mmol/L,and the 2 h postprandial blood glucose level(6.13±0.69)mmol/L was lower than that of the routine health education group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of knowledge comprehensiveness(90.29±4.25)points,educational attitude(91.17±5.27)points,educational pertinence(90.29±4.29)points and professional level(91.88±5.18)points in the quantitative health education group were
