摘要
目的分析妊娠期糖尿病孕妇通过在不同孕期应用胰岛素治疗的临床价值。方法选取48例妊娠期糖尿病孕妇,依据应用胰岛素的孕周不同分为对照组(孕32周及以后)与研究组(孕32周以前),各24例。比较两组治疗前后血糖水平、分娩情况、妊娠结局。结果治疗后研究组空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPG)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组分娩时血糖低于对照组,分娩时平均孕周高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组不良妊娠结局发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期糖尿病孕妇在孕32周以前给予胰岛素皮下注射有助于控制血糖水平,并改善妊娠结局,值得临床推广。
Objective To analyze the clinical value of insulin therapy for pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus in different pregnancies.Methods 48 pregnant women with gestational diabetes were selected and divided into control group(32 weeks and after)and study group(before 32 weeks)according to the gestational age of insulin application,24 cases each.The blood glucose level,delivery and pregnancy outcome before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,fasting blood glucose(FPG)and 2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 hPG)in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The blood glucose at delivery was lower in the study group than in the control group,and the mean gestational age at delivery was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome in the study group lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Subcutaneous injection of insulin before 32 weeks of gestation in pregnant women with gestational diabetes can help control blood glucose level and improve pregnancy outcome,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
