摘要
目的分析针对妊娠期糖尿病患者应用门冬胰岛素治疗的临床疗效。方法将该院2020年2月—2021年2月纳入治疗的妊娠期糖尿病患者89例,利用随机抽样填表法将分为研究组(45例)与参照组(44例),参照组实施生物合成人胰岛素进行治疗,研究组实施门冬胰岛素进行治疗,两组患者血糖水平及不良妊娠结局进行对比分析。结果研究组糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)为(6.14±0.58)%低于参照组的(6.89±0.64)%,差异有统计学意义(t=5.795,P<0.001),空腹血糖(FPG)为(4.72±0.59)mmol/L低于参照组的(5.62±0.65)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义(t=6.842,P<0.001),餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)为(6.48±0.83)mmol/L低于参照组的(7.23±0.90)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义(t=4.088,P<0.001),不良妊娠发生率为4.44%明显低于参照组的20.45%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.264,P=0.021)。结论门冬胰岛素应用于治疗妊娠期糖尿病产妇能有效降低其整体血糖水平,减少妊娠不良结局。
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of insulin aspart therapy for patients with gestational diabetes.Methods A total of 89 patients with gestational diabetes who were included in the treatment in the hospital from February 2020 to February 2021 were divided into the study group(45 cases)and the reference group(44 cases)using random sampling method,the reference group was treated with biosynthetic human insulin,and the study group was treated with insulin aspart.The blood glucose levels and adverse pregnancy outcomes of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The HbA1c of the study group was(6.14±0.58)%lower than that of the reference group(6.89±0.64)%,and the difference was statistically significant(t=5.795,P<0.001),and the FPG was(4.72±0.59)mmol/L lower than that of the reference group(5.62±0.65)mmol/L,and the difference was statistically significant(t=6.842,P<0.001),2 hPG was(6.48±0.83)mmol/L lower than the reference group(7.23±0.90)mmol/L,and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.088,P<0.001),bad pregnancy rate of 4.44%was significantly lower than the 20.45%of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.264,P=0.021).Conclusion Insulin aspart used in the treatment of pregnant women with diabetes can effectively reduce their overall blood glucose levels and reduce adverse pregnancy outcomes.
