摘要
测绘卫星需要进行全球框架测绘,任务量巨大,现有境内地基数传资源无法满足卫星设计的成像能力需求,而低轨巨型星座为其提供了一种境外数据传输的新可能。本文首先分析了国内外低轨巨型星座的现状和发展趋势,然后从中国测绘卫星工作原理分析得出其难以纳入低轨巨型星座的结论,并从星间可视性分析低轨巨型星座中的高层轨道卫星为测绘卫星提供数传服务的可行性,最后,结合中国当前地基数传资源现状,给出低轨巨型星座不同数传速率对测绘卫星可用数据接收的贡献度。
The capability of data transmission provided by the current domestic ground-based network is insufficient for the designed imaging abilities of surveying&mapping(S&M)satellites,regarding the task of global framework mapping.A giant low earth orbit(LEO)constellation provides a new possibility for data transmission when the satellites are beyond the reach of the domestic stations.The development of giant LEO constellations is introduced,and an S&M satellite is asserted to be hardly adopted by giant LEO constellations in terms of its characteristics.The inter-satellite visibilities are further analyzed to reach the availability of the higher orbital satellites of a giant LEO constellation to provide data transmission services for S&M satellites.Finally,the contribution of a giant LEO constellation with various data transmission rates is proposed,combined with the capability of current domestic ground-based data transmission resources.
