摘要
经济全球化背景下,医疗服务领域的开放程度扩大,医务人员跨国界、跨地区流动也成为大势所趋,医学教育面对全球化。医学教育国际化对于确保未来的医生在全球框架内进行医学实践至关重要,是医学高等教育实现塑造全球医疗和改善全球健康目标的关键策略,也是探索“新医科”创新理念与实践办学目标的重要基石。山东大学口腔医学院以“国际化”为抓手,积极开展国际化口腔医学教育教学的改革探索,主要包括通过顶层设计制定具有全球视野的人才培养方案,通过师资队伍国际化、课程教材体系建设国际化等举措,实现了口腔医学人才培养的国际化。
Under the background of economic globalization,the opening degree of medical service field expands,and the cross-border and trans-regional mobility of medical personnel has become the general trend.Medical education also has to face the theme of globalization.The internationalization of medical education is very important to ensure that future doctors can practice medicine in a global framework.It is a key strategy for higher medical education to achieve the goal of shaping global medicine and improving global health,and a strong foundation to explore the educational goal of innovative ideas and practice of “new medicine”.School of Stomatology Shandong University “internationalization” as the gripper,actively carry out international oral medical education teaching reform to explore,including through the top design with the global vision of the talent training scheme,through the teacher s troop internationalization and internationalization measures such as curriculum system construction,realizes the internationalization of oral medical personnel training.
