摘要
目的观察幽门螺杆菌(Hp)四联疗法联合丹胃宁颗粒对胃十二指肠溃疡患者Hp清除率、胃液表皮生长因子(EGF)及前列腺素E_(2)(PGE_(2))水平的影响。方法将我院收治的胃十二指肠溃疡120例随机分为对照组与观察组各60例,其中对照组予以抗Hp四联疗法治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用胆胃宁颗粒治疗。比较两组患者临床治疗效果,观察两组的幽门螺杆菌(Hp)的根除率、胃液EGF、PGE_(2)水平。结果治疗后,观察组溃疡愈合率和Hp根除率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组腹痛评分及溃疡面积显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组EGF、PGE_(2)水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论抗Hp四联疗法联合胆胃宁颗粒可以有效根除Hp,减轻患者的病理症状,改善肠胃功能,减轻炎症和氧化应激,改善生活质量,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the effect of Helicobacter pylori(Hp)quadruple therapy combined with Danweining Granules on Hp clearance rate,gastric juice epidermal growth factor(EGF)and prostaglandin E_(2)(PGE_(2))level in patients with gastroduodenal ulcer.Methods A total of 120 cases of gastroduodenal ulcer patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,control group was treated with Hp quadruple therapy for gallbladder,observation group was treated with Danweining Granules on the basis of control group.The clinical effects,Hp eradication rate,gastric juice EGF and PGE_(2)levels of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the ulcer healing rate and Hp eradication rate in observation group were higher than in control group(P<0.05),the abdominal pain score and ulcer area in observation group were significantly smaller than in control group(P<0.05),the levels of EGF and PGE_(2)in observation group were significantly lower than in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hp quadruple therapy combined with Danwei Ning Granules can effectively eradicate Hp,relieve the pathological symptoms,improve gastrointestinal function,reduce inflammation and oxidative stress,improve the quality of life,which is worthy of clinical application.
