摘要
目的十二指肠溃疡严重影响患者身心健康,本文分析治疗此病时应用复方奥美拉唑干混悬剂的临床效果及安全性。方法抽取2020年1月至2023年12月期间我院收治的十二指肠溃疡患者60例,以随机信封法分组,使用瑞巴派特治疗的30例患者为对照组,在此基础上,增加使用复方奥美拉唑干混悬剂治疗的30例患者为观察组。对比指标:临床疗效、消化道激素水平、炎症因子水平、用药安全性。结果观察组在治疗有效率方面高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者生长抑素(SS)、表皮生长因子(EGF)水平更高,胃泌素(GAS)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素17(IL-17)、一氧化氮(NO)水平均比对照组低(均P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论复方奥美拉唑干混悬剂治疗十二指肠溃疡效果确切,且安全性好,并可改善消化道激素水平,减轻炎症反应。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect and safety of compound omeprazole dry suspension in the treatment of duodenal ulcer,which seriously affects the physical and mental health of patients.Methods A total of 60 patients with duodenal ulcer admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2023 were selected and divided into groups by random envelope method.30 patients treated with Repapide were used as the control group.On this basis,30 patients treated with compound omeprazole dry suspension were added as the observation group.Comparison measures:clinical efficacy,levels of gastrointestinal hormone,levels of inflammatory factors,safety of medication.Results The observation group was higher than the control group in terms of treatment efficiency(P<0.05).After treatment,patients in the observation group had higher levels of growth suppressor(SS)and epidermal growth factor(EGF),and lower levels of gastrin(GAS),tumour necrosis factorα(TNF-α),interleukin 17(IL-17),and nitric oxide(NO)than those in the control group(all P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the comparison of the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Compound omeprazole dry suspension is effective and safe in the treatment of duodenal ulcer,and can improve digestive hormone levels and reduce inflammation.
