摘要
文章结合城市智慧水务体系现状,结合沧州地区乡村振兴战略要求,以水环境、水资源、水灾害、农田水利、水利现代化五个方面,河道、坑塘水质达标率,水体质量实时监测覆盖率等18个指标,提出了适合沧州地区的农村智慧水务体系方案,并明确了农村智慧水务体系构建障碍,确定其解决路径研究,分析了农村智慧水务体系构建对乡村振兴、美丽乡村建设的效应,为乡村经济发展、基层水利人才培养、农业及水利现代化发展助力。
Combined with the current situation of the urban smart water system and the requirements of the Rural Revitalization Strategy in Cangzhou,this paper puts forward a plan for the rural smart water system suitable for Cangzhou based on 18 indicators such as the water quality compliance rate of waterways and ponds,and the real-time monitoring coverage rate of water quality,covering 5 aspects of the water environment,water resources,water disasters,farmland water conservancy and water conservancy modernization,and clarifies obstacles to the construction of the rural smart water system,determines its solution path research,analyzes the effect of the construction of rural smart water system on Rural Revitalization and Beautiful Rural Construction,and helps rural economic development,grass-roots water conservancy talent training,agriculture and water conservancy modernization development.
