摘要
依托天津市宝坻区全区域农村供水项目,探索智慧水务在大区域农村供水中的建设与应用。项目结合大区域供水特点,形成了“1+5+2+N”模式。采用了“1+5”的集散型分区域管理模式,应用新型NB-IoT物联网智能水表,融合了智能水表管理系统和管网管理系统,有效地解决了以往农村供水中存在的“抄表收费困难、管网漏损严重、维修不及时”等一系列问题,为大区域农村供水的智慧水务建设提供了宝贵的经验。
Relying on the regional rural water supply project in Baodi area,Tianjin explore the construction and application of smart water in large regional rural water supply.Combined with the characteristics of large regional water supply,the project has formed a“1+5+2+N”mode.The“1+5”distributed sub regional management mode is adopted,the new NB-IoT intelligent water meter is applied,and the intelligent water meter management system and pipe network management system are integrated,which effectively solves a series of problems existing in rural water supply in the past,such as“difficult meter reading and charging,serious pipe network leakage and untimely maintenance”,It provides valuable experience for the intelligent water construction of rural water supply in large areas.
