摘要 随着我国大批污水处理厂建成并投入使用,如何提高污水处理厂运营管理水平,节约运行能耗,降低经营成本,成为水务公司亟需解决的问题。物联网与云计算等先进技术手段的发展与应用,为加速污水处理厂智能化与信息化管理提供了基础条件。通过设计污水处理厂物联网系统,规划系统总体架构和重点功能模块,并结合系统应用从运行监控、应急指挥、生产巡检、设备运维、绩效管理等方面,探讨"无人值守"型污水处理厂管理实施方案,对探索更优的污水处理厂管理方法,推动污水处理行业管理水平的整体进步与发展具有一定的借鉴意义。 As a large number of wastewater treatment plants have been built and put into use, how to improve the operation management level, save the energy consumption and reduce the operation cost of the wastewater treatment plant become an urgent problem to be solved by water service companies. The development and application of the Internet of Things condition for intelligence and information management (IOT) and the cloud computing provide the basic of wastewater treatment plants. By designing the IOT system of wastewater treatment plant, planning the overall structure and the key function module of the IOT system and combining with the application of the IOT system, the implementation scheme for unattended management of wastewater treatment plant was discussed in terms of operation monitoring, emergency command, production inspection, equipment maintenance, performance management and so on, which can be a reference for exploring better wastewater treatment plant management methods and promoting the progress of the management level of wastewater treatment industry.
