摘要
以某汽车薄壁内轮罩为例,分析其工艺成型特点,设计了1副汽车内轮罩注射模,并对塑件进行外形结构和料厚的优化,使成型塑件的型腔能顺利注射填充,模具采用热流道浇注系统。成型的薄壁内轮罩塑件质量良好,达到了客户的轻量化要求,为类似大型薄壁塑件注射模设计提供参考。
Taking the automobile thin-walled wheel housing as an example, the moulding process characteristics were analyzed, and an injection mould was designed. The product shape and structure and plate thickness were optimized, so that the product could be injected and filled smoothly.The hot runner gating system was adopted, and the mould had been applied to actual production.The moulded plastic part of thin-walled wheel housing had good quality and met the lightweight requirements of customers.
