热塑性长玻纤增强复合材料模具进胶方案的研究

摘要 进胶方案会影响纤维的取向进而影响材料的性能,这一特点在现有的长玻纤注射成型中被忽略,会造成塑件局部性能偏低而不能满足塑件测试的要求通过前期的CAE模流分析,在试样模具上设计不同的进胶方案,模拟不同的浇口样式、数量对纤维取向的影响,最终通过实验测试试样中的纤维取向及材料性能。结果表明:薄片浇口方案最适合长玻纤塑件,其次是多点同时进胶的方案,此两种进胶方案可保证料流平行移动进而确保纤维取向的一致性。 The gating system affects the orientation of the fiber and the performance of the materials, which is neglected in the existing long glass-fiber injection mold, may result in low properties of the plastic products portion and cannot meet the requirements of product testing. Through the previous CAE mold flow analysis, different gating systems were designed on the sample mold to simulate the influe nee on the fiber orientation. Finally, the fiber orientations and material properties in the sample was tested experimentally. The results show that the thin-filni gate is the most suitable for long glass-fiber products, and the second one is the multi-gate system. These two gating systems can make sure the parallel movement of the materials to ensure the consistency of fiber orientation.
