介绍了塑料密集簧片结构,在塑件加强筋处采用镶拼结构成型,模具采用了特殊的二次开模机构和镶拼结构,简化了模具结构,通过分析模具制造与注射成型工艺的技术难点,提出合理的模具结构解决方案,确保塑件成型质量的稳定,可为类似塑件的模具设计提供参考。
The structure of a plastic dense leaf. was analyzed and the insert structure was used to form plastic stiffener. The mould adopted special secondary demoulding mecha- nism and insert structure, which simplified the mould structure. And a reasonable solution was put forward to ensure the stability of parts＇ quality based on the analysis of the tech- nical difficulties in mould manufacturing and forming process, which provided reference for similar plastics.
