摘要
文章以广东省“一核一带一区”区域发展战略背景下的地方图书馆为视角,通过解读舆情知识服务与舆情服务的差异,借用信息生态学理论对舆情知识服务运行结构进行分析,构建不同信息生态链上舆情服务方之间科学、合理、高效服务于区域发展战略的舆情知识服务运行结构。与舆情服务相比,“信息生态型”舆情知识服务运行结构具有稳定的四层次:基于舆情治理生态系统的动力源驱、基于舆情信息生态链的协作平台、基于舆情信息生态因子的评价系统、基于舆情信息生态位的反馈渠道,其结构关系呈现金字塔原理、水土原理、杠杆原理、生命周期原理。
From the perspective of local libraries in the context of the regional development strategy of "One Nuclear, One Belt, One District" in Guangdong Province, by interpreting the difference between public opinion knowledge service and public opinion service, borrowing information ecology theory to analyze the operating structure of public opinion knowledge service, the paper constructs the operation structure of public opinion knowledge service which public opinion service parties on different information ecological chains can serve the regional development strategy scientifically, reasonably and efficiently. Compared with public opinion services, the operating structure of "information ecological" public opinion knowledge services have four stable levels: power source drive based on the public opinion governance ecosystem, collaboration platform based on the ecological chain of public opinion information, evaluation system based on ecological factors of public opinion information, feedback channels based on the niche of public opinion information;and its structural relationship presents the pyramid principle, water and soil principle, leverage principle, and life cycle principle.
