摘要
针对我国高职院校校园舆情高效管理的需求,文中设计了面向移动互联网环境的舆情监控系统。系统基于B/S架构,包括舆情采集、舆情智能处理等功能模块。在舆情采集模块中,为满足海量数据的场景需求,使用SQL Server设计系统数据库,存储采集的舆情数据,保证系统数据的可靠性;在舆情智能处理模块中,使用SVM算法进行网页文本特征提取,将准确率、召回率和F1指标提升3%以上。系统使用语义分析技术完成舆情的分析,情感倾向判别召回精度可达到89%,提升了高校舆情管理工作的效率,对于校园网络环境的净化具有重要意义。
Aiming at the demand of efficient management of campus public opinion in higher vocational colleges,this paper designs a public opinion monitoring system for mobile Internet environment.The system is based on B/S architecture,including public opinion acquisition and intelligent public opinion processing functional modules.In the public opinion acquisition module,in order to meet the scene demand of massive data,the system database is designed by using SQL Server,which stores the collected public opinion data and ensures the reliability of the system data.In the public opinion intelligent processing module,SVM algorithm is used to extract web page text features,which improves the accuracy,recall rate and F1 index by more than 3% The system uses semantic analysis technology to complete the analysis of public opinion,which improves the efficiency of public opinion management in Colleges and universities,and is of great significance to the purification of campus network environment.
