摘要
目的 探讨任务驱动结合情景模拟教学法在护理本科实习生妇科急腹症教学中的实践效果。方法 便利选取2019年9月-2020年1月入科的58名护理本科实习生为对照组,2020年9月-2021年1月的62名护理本科实习生为观察组。对照组接受传统临床教学法,观察组在此基础上应用任务驱动结合情景模拟教学法。采用理论考试、技能考核、评判性思维能力和教学满意度评价对两组教学效果进行评估。结果 干预后观察组护生理论、操作成绩和批判性思维能力得分均高于对照组(P<0.05),且观察组护生对任务驱动结合情景模拟教学法的满意度较高。结论 任务驱动结合情景模拟教学法能提升护理本科实习生的理论知识、操作技能和批判性思维能力,有助于提高妇科临床护理教学质量。
Objective To explore the practical effect of task-driven combined with scenario simulation teaching method in the teaching of gynecological acute abdomen in nursing undergraduate interns.Methods Using the convenience sampling method, 58 nursing undergraduate interns enrolled in September 2019 and January 2020 were selected as the control group, and 62 nursing undergraduate interns enrolled from September 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the observation group.The control group received traditional clinical teaching method, and the observation group adopted task-driven combined with situational simulation teaching method on this basis.The teaching effect of the two groups was evaluated by theory test, skill test, critical thinking ability and teaching satisfaction evaluation.Results After intervention, the scores of theory, operation and critical thinking ability of nursing students in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05),and the nursing students in the observation group were more satisfied with task-driven combined with situational simulation teaching method.Conclusion Task-driven combined with situational simulation teaching method can improve the theoretical knowledge, operation skills and critical thinking ability of nursing undergraduate interns, which is helpful to improve the teaching quality of clinical gynecological nursing.
