摘要
目的探究人性化护理在老年下肢骨折手术室护理中的效果。方法选取2018年2月至2019年2月我院老年下肢骨折患者80例,随机分为两组,对照组接受传统护理,观察组接受人性化护理,比较两组临床护理效果。结果①观察组手术时间(34.60±2.20)min、住院时间(7.00±1.20)d、治疗费用(3921.20±124.50)元均显著低于对照组,P<0.05。②观察组HAMA评分(7.00±1.10)分,HAMD评分(7.80±1.20)分均显著低于对照组,P<0.05。③并发症发生率观察组为5.00%,对照组为25.00%,P<0.05。④观察组躯体功能(84.30±6.50)分、心理功能(83.70±6.30)分、社会功能(84.10±5.50)分、物质(85.90±5.00)分均显著优于对照组,P<0.05。⑤观察组护理后自护技能(38.65±4.54)分、自护责任感(21.05±3.18)分、自我概念(25.75±4.05)分、自护知识(68.25±6.54)分均高于对照组,差异显著,P<0.05。结论人性化护理在老年下肢骨折手术室护理中的效果显著。
Objective To explore the effect of humanized nursing in the nursing of lower extremity fracture operating room.Methods Eighty elderly patients with lower extremity fracture in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were randomly divided into two groups,the control group received traditional nursing,the observation group received humanized nursing,and the clinical nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results(1)The operating time(34.60±2.20)min,hospitalization time(7.00±1.20)and treatment cost(3921.20±124.50)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,P<0.05.(2)HAMA score in observation group(7.00±1.10)were significantly lower than(7.80±1.20)of the control group,P<0.05.(3)The incidence of complications was 5.00%in the observation group and 25.00%in the control group,P<0.05.(4)The scores of somatic function(84.30±6.50),psychological function(83.70±6.30),social function(84.10±5.50)and substance(85.90±5.00)in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,P<0.05.(5)The scores of self-care skills(38.65±4.54),sense of responsibility for self-care(21.05±3.18),self-concept(25.75±4.05),and knowledge(68.25±6.54)of the observation group after nursing were higher than those of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion The effect of humanized nursing in the nursing of the elderly lower extremity fracture operating room is remarkable.
