摘要
目的:探讨老年下肢骨折患者行人性化护理的有效性。方法:2017年1月-2019年1月收治老年下肢骨折患者84例,分为两组,各42例。观察组给予人性化护理;对照组给予常规护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组手术治疗成功率明显高于对照组,两组护理后生存质量量表简表(QOL)、日常生活能力量表(ADL)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分均优于治疗前,且观察组优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在老年下肢骨折患者中运用人性化护理,可有效提高治疗成功率,改善患者生活质量和生活自理能力,减轻患者疼痛,并稳定其情绪,提高患者护理体验。
Objective:To discusss the effectiveness of humanized nursing for elderly patients with lower extremity fracture.Methods:From January 2017 to January 2019,84 elderly patients with lower extremity fracture were admitted,they were divided into the two groups with 42 cases in each group.The observation group was given humanistic nursing.The control group was given routine nursing.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The success rate of surgery in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group.The QOL,ADL,SAS,SDS,and VAS scores of the two groups were better than those before the treatment,and the observation group was better than the control group,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of humanized nursing in the elderly patients with lower limb fracture can effectively improve the success rate of treatment,improve the quality of life and self-care ability of patients,reduce the pain of patients,stabilize their emotions,and improve the nursing experience of patients.
