摘要
目的分析在老年下肢骨折患者手术室护理中应用人性化护理的效果及其手术室感染率的影响。方法按照便利抽样法将2018年3月至2020年3月我院骨科收治的老年下肢骨折患者300例分为常规组(n=150,实施常规护理)与人性化护理组(n=150,实施人性化护理)。比较两组患者的依从性、心理状态、手术室感染率发生情况。结果干预前两组患者依从性评分差异不大(P>0.05);干预后,人性化护理组患者依从性评分明显高于干预前及常规组(P<0.05)。干预后人性化护理组SAS、SDS评分改善程度明显优于常规组,手术室空气菌落数、物体表面菌落数、手表面菌落数、手术室感染率均低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论下肢骨折的老年患者在手术室护理中采用人性化护理可以有效提高其治疗及护理效果,降低手术室感染率。
Objective To analyze the effect of humanized nursing in operating room nursing for elderly patients with lower limb fractures and its influence on infection rate in operating room.Methods According to the convenience sampling method,300 elderly patients with lower extremity fractures admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to March 2020 were divided into routine group(n=150,routine nursing)and humanized nursing group(n=150,humanized nursing).The compliance,psychological status,and incidence of infection in the operating room were compared between the two groups.Results Before the intervention,there was little difference in the compliance scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after the intervention,the compliance scores of the patients in the humanized nursing group were significantly higher than those in the pre-intervention and routine groups(P<0.05).After the intervention,the improvement of SAS and SDS scores in the humanized nursing group was significantly better than that of the conventional group.The number of air colonies in the operating room,the number of surface colonies,the number of hand surface colonies,and the infection rate in the operating room were all lower than those of the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of humanized nursing for elderly patients with lower limb fractures in the nursing of the operating room can effectively improve their treatment and nursing effects and reduce the infection rate in the operating room.
