摘要
党的十八大以来,以习近平为代表的中国共产党人在科学把握世界大势的前提下提出了构建人类命运共同体的主张,为中国外交话语体系建设奠定了总体布局。不过,人类命运共同体在对外传播过程中也面临着现实的外交话语挑战,即话语权不足、传播能力较弱、国际认知错位、西方国家依旧主导着国际话语体系等困境。但是,中国国力的不断提升、国际局势的多元化发展,也为中国外交话语体系建设提供了机遇。因此,在人类命运共同体的总体布局下,通过坚持中国模式的话语体系、讲好中国故事来不断完善中国外交话语体系建设的实践路径。
Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,China's Communists represented by Xi Jinping have put forward the proposition of building a community with a shared future for mankind under the premise of scientifically grasping the general trend of the world,laying the overall layout for China's diplomatic discourse system.However,In the process of external communication,the community with a shared future for mankind is also facing practical challenges of diplomatic discourse,that is,insufficient discourse power,weak communication ability,international cognitive dislocation,western countries still dominating the international discourse system and other difficulties.But,the continuous improvement of China's national strength and the diversified development of the international situation also provide opportunities for the construction of China's diplomatic discourse system.Therefore,under the overall layout of the community of a shared future for mankind,by adhering to the discourse system of the Chinese model and telling the Chinese story well,we will continue to improve the practical path of the construction of China's diplomatic discourse system,in order to meet challenges and seize opportunities.
