"中国梦"既融合世界人民合理、积极的梦想追求,又与各国人民的美好愿望相通,是一种符合时代特征的话语表述。"中国梦"让世界人民理解中国必将为人类和平发展、为建设一个持久和平、共同繁荣的和谐世界做出更大贡献。1习近平总书记指出,实现中华民族伟大复兴和"中国梦"的奋斗目标"必须有和平的国际环境,没有和平,中国和世界都不可能顺利发展;没有发展,中国和世界也不可能有持久和平"。他强调,"实现‘中国梦’,不仅造福中国人民,而且造福各国人民"。2从"和平崛起"到"和平发展"再到"中国梦"的提出,是向世界表明中国智慧的创新性话语表述。实现"中国梦"对维护世界和平、构建合作共赢的世界政治经济新秩序具有世界性的贡献。
The Chinese Dream is not only compatible with the dreams of the peoples around the world but meets the sincere wishes and lofty aspirations of all countries for peace,development and cooperation.The term of the＂Chinese Dream＂is a discourse with characteristics of the times.The Chinese Dream convinces the world that China is to make greater contribution to building a harmonious world with lasting peace and common prosperity.President Xi Jinping points out that a peaceful international environment is essential to the realization of the Chinese Dream and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,that without peace,neither China nor the world could develop smoothly,and that without development,there would be lasting peace neither in China nor around the world.He stresses that the Chinese Dream will not only benefit the Chinese people but also people of all countries.From ＂peaceful rise＂to ＂peaceful development＂and now,the ＂Chinese Dream,＂China is presenting its innovative discourse of Chinese wisdom.The realization of the Chinese Dream is essential to safeguarding world peace and establishing a new order for world economy and politics.
