摘要
当前,我国学界对美国、英国、爱尔兰、奥地利等欧美发达国家学徒制的研究已较为成熟,但对亚洲国家学徒制的研究却极为匮乏,尤其是专门对韩国学徒制进行较为系统的研究尚处于空白。韩国学徒制的目标明确、运行机制完善、评价机制健全,取得了显著的支撑社会经济发展的成果。参考与规避韩国学徒制的发展经验与不足,我国应进一步明确发展学徒制的目标并不断完善运行机制,将学徒制单列写入《职业教育法》,同时建立健全的学徒制评价机制。
At present, the research on apprenticeships in developed European and American countries such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Ireland, and Austria is relatively mature, but the research on apprenticeships in Asian countries is extremely scarce, especially the relatively systematic research on Korean apprenticeship is basically blank. The Korean apprenticeship has a clear goal, a sound operating mechanism and a robust evaluation mechanism, and has achieved very significant social and economic results. Reference and evasion of Korean apprenticeship development experience and deficiencies, China should further clarify the goal of developing the apprenticeship system and constantly improve the operational mechanism, write the apprenticeship into the Vocational Education Law, and establish a robust apprenticeship evaluation mechanism.
