摘要
随着国家越来越重视大众创业、万众创新发展战略,我国高等教育改革步伐逐步加快,通过帮助学生树立创新创业意识,真正为国家输送更多优质人才。教师作为学生成长的引路人,其自身的综合素质也必须不断提升。现阶段,培养具有创新创业精神的“双师型”教师已经广泛受到社会各界广泛关注,高校也在采取积极措施,以期提升师资建设水平。从不同角度详细阐述以教师学习为中心的创新创业“双师型”教师培训路径。
With more and more attention paid to the development strategy of mass entrepreneurship and innovation in China,higher education is gradually accelerating its pace of reform and provides more high-quality talents to the country by helping students establish a sense of innovation and entrepreneurship.As guides for students’growth,teachers should continuously improve their own comprehensive qualities.At present,cultivating“double-qualified”teachers with innovative and entrepreneurial spirit has attracted widespread attention from all walks of life,and colleges and universities are also taking active measures to improve the level of the teacher team construction.From different perspectives this paper elaborates the path of training“double-qualified”teacher for innovation and entrepreneurship with teacher learning as the center.
