摘要 “翻转课堂教学+刑法课程思政”教学模式着眼于提升学生学习自主性,培养学生树立社会主义核心价值观。该教学模式在传统教学方式之外,采用不同类型的专题和选择代表性的主题,引导学生分组完成研究并进行交流。从反馈结果来看,教师拓展多元授课方式、提高知识与时事结合度、增强语言感染力对学生影响较深。总结实践教学,建议不断完善专题设计的逻辑和方式,提升法律检索工具使用水平,将刑法知识和社会主义核心价值观贯穿始终,最终形成全课程育人格局。 The teaching mode of “flipped classroom teaching+ideological and political education in criminal law course” focuses on improving students’ learning autonomy and cultivating students to establish socialist core values. In addition to the traditional teaching methods, this teaching mode adopts different types of topics and selects representative topics to guide students to complete research and communicate in groups. Judging from the feedback, teachers have a deep impact on students by expanding multiple teaching methods, improving the combination of knowledge and current affairs, and enhancing language appeal. As a conclusion, it is recommended to continuously improve the logic and method of thematic design, improve the use of legal retrieval tools, integrate criminal law knowledge and socialist core values throughout, and finally form a whole-course education pattern.
