摘要
慢性萎缩性胃炎(chronic atrophic gastritis,CAG)是一种消化科常见病,其临床表现缺乏特异性,病因和发病机制亦不明确。西医对于医治本病尚无特效药,临床主要采取对症处理,然而长期服用西药易产生耐药性及副作用。中医药在整体观念及辨证论治的协助下,对CAG的治疗具有独特优势。为了深入研究中医药对本病的治疗效果,制备病证结合的CAG动物模型是辅助研究的重要一步。通过整理文献发现,本病的中医证候动物模型主要为脾虚证、肝郁证、湿热证、肾虚证及气虚血瘀证。这类模型的建立仍存在诸多问题,如缺乏统一的诊断标准;易受外界环境的影响;同一种病因可导致多种证型,相似证型易造成混淆等。笔者拟对近年来CAG病证结合动物模型进行归纳总结,以期为研究人员提供新思路,推动中医药治疗本病的研究进程。
Chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG) is a common digestive disease,whose clinical manifestations are lack of specificity and whose etiology and pathogenesis are unclear.Western medicine mainly adopts a symptomatic treatment clinically and has no specific medicine for the treatment of this disease.However,a long-term use of western medicines is prone to drug resistance and side effects.Under the guidance of holism and the theory of treatment based on syndrome differentiation,traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) has unique advantages in the treatment of CAG.In order to further study the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine on this disease,the establishment of CAG animal models combining the disease and its syndromes is an important step.Through collating the related literature,it is found that the TCM animal models of this disease mainly involve the syndrome of spleen deficiency,syndrome of liver depression,syndrome of damp-heat,syndrome of kidney deficiency and syndrome of blood stasis due to qi deficiency.There are still many problems in the establishment of such CAG animal models,such as the lack of a unified diagnostic criteria,susceptibility to the external environment,the same cause leading to a variety of syndromes,and similar syndromes easily causing a confusion and so on.The present paper intends to summarize the CAG animal models which combine the disease and its syndromes in recent years,with a view to providing researchers with new ideas and promoting the research process of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of this disease.
