摘要
目的 采用心理护理策略对产妇进行围生期指导,进一步提升自然分娩率。方法 试验选取了2019年6月至2020年5月于本院进行分娩的产妇作为研究的对象。在患者选取中可采用数字随机分组法,并对172例产妇的分娩情况做好记录。对照组患者采用常规护理措施,观察组则为心理护理,分析分娩结果。结果 观察组产妇焦虑、抑郁情绪的评分,产后24 h出血量,产后出血的发生率,肠胃功能恢复时间,手术时间,自然分娩率,产后腹痛持续时间,血性恶露淋漓消失时间,平均泌乳量,产后24 h、48 h、72 h子宫底平均高度均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 本次调研分析,心理护理策略下,产妇的自然分娩率高,且整体心理状态良好,缩短了手术用时,降低了产后出血发生率,也由此能够保证母婴安全。采用心理护理策略,有助于提升自然分娩率,产妇的不良情绪控制效果好,有助于缩短手术用时,控制出血量,产妇对医护人员的信任度提升,具有临床推广价值。
Objective The experiment will adopt psychological nursing strategy to guide puerpera in perinatal period,and further improve the natural delivery rate.Methods Pregnant women who delivered in our hospital from June 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the research objects.In the selection of patients,the number of random grouping method can be used,and the delivery of 172 cases of maternal records.The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing measures,while the patients in the observation group were treated with psychological nursing,and the delivery results were analyzed.Results In the observation group,the scores of anxiety and depression,the amount of postpartum hemorrhage in 24 hours,the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage,the recovery time of gastrointestinal function,the operation time,the natural delivery rate,the duration of postpartum abdominal pain,the disappearance time of bloody lochia,the average amount of lactation,the postpartum the average height of the uterine fundus at 24 h,48 h and 72 h was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion This survey and analysis,psychological nursing strategy,maternal natural childbirth rate is high,and the overall psychological state is good,shorten the operation time,reduce the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage,which can ensure the safety of mother and baby.Psychological nursing strategy is helpful to improve the rate of natural childbirth,maternal bad mood control effect is good,helps to shorten the operation time,control blood loss,improve maternal trust in medical staff,has clinical promotion value.
