摘要
目的探析产妇接受助产士心理护理对促进自然分娩和降低剖宫产率的价值。方法选取62名产妇,根据护理方法不同分为对照组(采用常规护理)与观察组(采用助产士心理护理),各31名。比较两组分娩方式及分娩前后心理状态。结果观察组产妇自然分娩率83.87%高于对照组的61.29%,剖宫产率16.13%低于对照组的38.71%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。分娩前,两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);相比分娩前,两组分娩后SAS评分、SDS评分均降低,且相比对照组,观察组SAS评分、SDS评分均降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在产妇分娩中接受助产士心理护理,不仅有助于促进产妇自然分娩,还能大幅度降低剖宫产率,同时缓解产妇的焦虑、抑郁情绪,具有临床应用价值。
Objective To explore the value of psychological nursing of midwives in promoting natural delivery and reducing the rate of cesarean section,Methods 62 pregnant women were selected and divided into control group(using routine nursing)and observation group(using midwifery psychological nursing)according to different nursing methods,31 in each group.Methods of delivery and psychological state before and after delivery were compared between the two groups.Results The natural delivery rate in the observation group was 83.87%higher than that in the control group(61.29%),and the cesarean section rate was 16.13%lower than that in the control group(38.71%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before delivery,there was no significant difference in self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with before delivery,SAS score and SDS score of both groups were decreased after delivery,and SAS score and SDS score of the observation group were decreased compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Receiving psychological care from midwives during childbirth not only helps to promote natural childbirth,but also can greatly reduce the rate of cesarean section,and alleviate the anxiety and depression of the mothers,which has clinical application value.
