摘要
探究中药组方增乳汤对提高母犬泌乳量和乳汁质量的效果。选取30只德国牧羊犬,随机分为对照组、试验1组、试验2组。试验1组、试验2组在正常饲喂的基础上,以不同的饲喂方式添加增乳汤,分别测定母犬的泌乳量、血钙含量、乳汁中免疫球蛋白含量及仔犬30日龄内的平均日增重、40日龄内腹泻率。结果表明,与对照组比较,增乳汤可显著提高泌乳量(P<0.05),最高平均泌乳量为(35.17±6.87)mL,在仔犬26日龄时母犬泌乳量达到最高。试验2组仔犬腹泻率较其它2组降低明显。添加增乳汤不会导致试验母犬血钙含量降低,也不会降低乳汁中免疫球蛋白含量。说明增乳汤方剂可提高德国牧羊犬的泌乳量,按照饲喂3 d、停药2 d的方式饲喂,可以降低仔犬的腹泻率和提高仔犬的日增重。
To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine Milk Enhancement Decoction,30 German shepherd dogs were radomly divided into three groups:the control group,experimental group 1,experimental group 2.The lactation volume,blood calcium content,milk immunoglobulin content,average daily gain of puppies within 30 days and diarrhea rate ofpuppies within 40 days were measured.The results showed that:compared with control group,Milk Enhancement Decoction could effectively increase the milk yield(P<0.05),the highest average milk yield was(35.17±6.87)m L,and the maximum milk yield arrived at 26 days old.The diarrhea rate of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the other two groups.The addition of Milk Enhancement Decoction did not reduce the blood calcium content of female dogs,nor did it reduce the content of immunoglobulin in milk.It indicated the traditional Chinese medicine selected in the experiment could improve the lactation of German shepherd dogs.Milk Enhancement Decoction could reduce the diarrhea rate and increase the daily gain of puppies by feeding for 3 days and stopping for 2 days.
