摘要
目的探讨过敏性鼻炎(allergic rhinitis,AR)(寒凝型)临床应用《伤寒论》经方结合雷火灸治疗的价值。方法选取2021年1—12月在齐齐哈尔市中医医院门诊就诊的60例寒凝型AR患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组行盐酸氮卓斯汀鼻喷剂喷鼻治疗,观察组给予《伤寒论》经方小青龙汤加减结合雷火灸治疗。对比两组患者的治疗有效率、证候积分及血清免疫球蛋白(IgE)水平。结果观察组总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.705,P<0.05)。两组治疗前喷嚏、流涕、鼻塞及鼻痒等各项证候积分及血清总IgE水平对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者治疗后各项症状积分、血清总IgE水平均呈显著下降趋势,且观察组较对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用《伤寒论》经方小青龙汤加减结合雷火灸治疗AR,可显著提高治疗的有效率,改善临床症状以及机体免疫。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of treating allergic rhinitis(AR)(cold congealing type)with the classic prescriptions of Treatise on Febrile Diseases combined with thunder-fire moxibustion.Methods Selected 60 cases of AR patients with cold coagulation type who visited the outpatient department of Qiqihar Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January to December 2021 as the research ob⁃jects,and were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,30 cases in each group.The control group received azelas⁃tine hydrochloride nasal,and the observation group was treated with Xiaoqinglong Decoction,the classic prescription of Treatise on Febrile Diseases,combined with thunder-fire moxibustion.The treatment efficiency,symptom scores and serum immunoglobulin(IgE)levels were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%higher than that of the control group 73.33%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.705,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the scores of symptoms such as sneezing,runny nose,nasal congestion and nasal itching and total serum IgE level between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,the symptom scores and total serum IgE levels in the two groups showed a significant downward trend,and the ob⁃servation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Xiaoqinglong Decoction,the classic formula of Treatise on Febrile Diseases,combined with thunder-fire moxibustion in the treatment of AR can signifi⁃cantly improve the effective rate of treatment,improve clinical symptoms and immunity.
